POLO SCHOOL

We are excited to announce we are continuing our polo school in 2024!

FOCUS: 

All of these focus areas will be covered over time as students learn and adapt. We only ask that students come to the program with some riding experience - basic walk, trot, canter. 

Polo Basics: Horses & Tack, Trailers, Field Gear, Mallets & Balls, Polo Wraps, How to Wrap a Tail

Individual Skills: Mallet Use & Swings, Riding Seat, Hooking & Bumping

On-Field Performance: Flow & Purpose of Play, Positions

Rules: Introduction, Fouls, Penalty Shots, Implementation, Analysis & Interpretation

DETAILS:

We will provide all horses, tack, mallets, balls, field gear, and instructions. Students must have a good helmet and appropriate riding footwear- something with a heel. Sessions will be held on our practice fields in Merton, WI.

 4 Lessons per Session (1x a week for 4 weeks) 

8 Lessons per Session (2x a week for 4 weeks)
